JOB SUMMARY:
Elim Solutions is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Service Delivery to lead our service delivery organization and drive the successful execution of NetSuite ERP implementations across a growing portfolio of clients.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing delivery operations, client success, implementation excellence, resource planning, and team development. The successful candidate will combine deep NetSuite expertise with strong consulting, project delivery, and people leadership capabilities to ensure exceptional client outcomes while scaling delivery operations.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to drive delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivery Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Lead and manage the Professional Services and Service Delivery organization, including Service Delivery Leads, Consultants, and Project Managers.
- Establish and execute the strategic vision, goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the delivery function.
- Oversee multiple concurrent NetSuite implementation and optimization engagements, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline commitments.
- Drive accountability, operational discipline, and delivery governance across all client engagements.
- Develop and implement scalable delivery methodologies, best practices, and quality assurance standards.
- Monitor delivery performance, utilization, resource allocation, forecasting, and project profitability.
NetSuite Consulting & Solution Leadership
- Serve as the senior escalation point and trusted advisor for complex NetSuite implementations and client engagements.
- Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations, including Discovery, Solution Design, Configuration, Testing, Training, Go-Live, and Post-Implementation Support.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses and translate complex business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance on NetSuite architecture, workflows, integrations, customizations, and optimization opportunities.
- Ensure solution designs align with client business objectives, industry best practices, and long-term scalability.
Client Success & Executive Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders and key client sponsors.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the client lifecycle, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, adoption, and long-term success.
- Manage client expectations, resolve escalations, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance value and strengthen partnerships.
- Lead executive project reviews and provide strategic updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing delivery teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and client-centricity.
- Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and succession planning initiatives.
- Support certification programs and professional development within the NetSuite practice.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment across business objectives.
- Support pre-sales activities including discovery workshops, solution design, effort estimation, statements of work, and executive presentations.
- Contribute to organizational planning, growth initiatives, and operational strategy.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across implementation methodologies, delivery processes, documentation standards, and customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI, reporting, and operational efficiencies to improve delivery outcomes.
- Stay current on NetSuite product developments, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree is considered an asset.
Experience
- 8+ years of experience leading ERP implementations, professional services, or technology consulting engagements.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing consulting, implementation, or service delivery teams.
- Proven track record delivering complex NetSuite ERP projects in consulting or enterprise environments.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, budgets, resource plans, and client relationships.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and software delivery lifecycles.
Technical Skills
- Deep expertise in NetSuite ERP, including financials, operations, workflows, reporting, and system administration.
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture, integrations, data migration, and business process optimization.
- Experience working with integration platforms, third-party applications, and enterprise ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
