Your Playground
A Day in the Life at The Mobile Shop as a Mobilist:
- Proactively approach and engage potential customers to promote wireless products and services.
- Establish genuine relationships with customers; offering expert advice on mobile phones, rate plans, accessories, and device protection plans to fit their personalized needs
- Understand our carrier mix, promotional offerings, and pricing.
- Upselling additional products to enhance the customer’s experience.
- Collaborate with your peers to increase and drive store traffic to boost sales.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and mobile devices in the telecommunications industry, to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Process sales transactions, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Perform follow up interactions with clients to ensure satisfaction post sale.
- Ad-hoc duties and tasks as required.

- This role requires you to stand for 8 to 9 hours during the shift, with a 30-minute break in between. Are you able to perform this job in these conditions?
