Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team, working both remotely and in the field. This commission-based role offers an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals to expand our client base across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a passion for business development. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are customer-focused, and have a proven track record in B2B sales.

Duties

Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target potential business clients across different sectors.
Conduct outbound sales calls and in-person meetings to generate new leads and expand existing accounts.
Present product solutions tailored to client needs, demonstrating technical knowledge and value propositions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Manage ongoing relationships with clients through regular follow-up, providing exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach campaigns and promotional strategies.
Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth.
Maintain a professional presence both remotely and in the field, representing the company brand positively.

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within B2B environments.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals effectively.
Familiarity with technology or technical sales is preferred.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English
Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
