Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, managing orders efficiently, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, serving meals, and assisting with various tasks to support the restaurant's operations.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide recommendations on menu items to enhance the guest experience through upselling techniques.
Ensure all food is prepared according to food safety standards and restaurant guidelines.
Sanitate tables, utensils, and other dining areas regularly to maintain cleanliness.
Assist in food preparation when necessary, ensuring timely service during peak hours.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively serve guests.

Skills

Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
Experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Attention to detail in order taking and presentation of food items.
ProServe ( required)
