Content & Marketing Coordinator — Glistco

Glistco is a Canadian company designing innovative VR gaming accessories that enhance immersion and gameplay. We create precision-built, durable products for gaming enthusiasts worldwide.

We're looking for a Content & Marketing Coordinator to join our on-site team in North York. This is a hybrid role for someone who can both create the content and help run the marketing engine behind it — concepting and shooting product videos one day, building a email flow or briefing our paid ads lead the next. You'll work directly with the founder and our paid ads lead to plan, produce, and publish content that drives real revenue.

What You'll Do

Content creation

Create short-form and long-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms
Shoot and edit product videography and photography, including clean white-background images for Amazon and Shopify listings
Write captions, scripts, hooks, and creative copy
Brainstorm and execute content concepts that showcase products and connect with the gaming community
Maintain brand consistency across every channel

Marketing coordination

Own the social content calendar across platforms — planning, scheduling, and publishing
Build and send email and SMS campaigns (flows, broadcasts, segmentation, A/B tests)
Coordinate with our paid ads lead on creative briefs, asset delivery, and campaign feedback loops
Run influencer and creator outreach — sourcing, negotiating product seeding and paid partnerships, managing relationships
Manage community engagement: comments, DMs, and conversations across social channels
Track basic performance (post engagement, email metrics, campaign results) and bring ideas for what to try next

What We're Looking For

Experience creating and editing video content, especially short-form
Product photography experience (e-commerce / white background)
Strong writing and storytelling skills — you can write a hook, a subject line, and a 200-word caption
Hands-on experience with email/SMS marketing platforms
Comfort managing a social content calendar and community
Experience working with influencers or creators is a strong plus
Passion for VR and gaming culture — you should actually care about what we make
Comfortable working full-time, on-site, in a fast-paced small-team environment where you'll wear multiple hats

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus. Portfolio or examples of work strongly encouraged — show us something you've shot, written, or sent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
