ARE YOU A CONTENT CREATOR WHO LOVES MARKETING AND KNOWS HOW TO SELL ONLINE? Mattress to Door is a furniture and mattress company delivering quality products straight to customers' homes. We're growing fast and need a motivated, creative, and tech-savvy team member to own our entire online presence. This is a full-time, hands-on role with real ownership and room to grow.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT CREATION Manage all social media platforms daily (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest) Create photo and video content — including appearing ON CAMERA in brand videos and product reels Write captions, ad copy, and promotional content Grow our following organically and through paid campaigns Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages

LEAD MANAGEMENT Respond to all incoming customer leads promptly Follow up with potential buyers via phone, email, and social DMs Track leads and report on conversions

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT Update product listings, prices, and images on our website Keep content current and accurate Basic SEO to help drive traffic

ONLINE MARKETPLACE LISTINGS Upload and manage products on: Amazon, Wayfair, Best Buy, Walmart, and Temu Write optimized product titles and descriptions Keep inventory and pricing up to date across all platforms

TRAFFIC & GROWTH Drive traffic to our store through all available platforms Run Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid ads Explore new channels and opportunities to grow the brand

AI-POWERED WORKFLOW Use AI tools to speed up content creation, copywriting, and campaign planning Leverage platforms like Claude.ai, ChatGPT, and others to draft captions, product descriptions, ad copy, and email responses Use AI image and video tools (e.g. Canva AI, CapCut AI, Runway, DALL·E) to enhance visual content Stay current on new AI tools that can improve efficiency across all areas of the role We expect this role to work smarter using AI — not just harder

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

✔ Has 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management

✔ Is comfortable and confident appearing on camera

✔ Has experience with e-commerce platforms or online marketplaces

✔ Knows how to shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks)

✔ Can write clear, engaging copy

✔ Has run paid ads on Meta or Google (asset)

✔ Actively uses AI tools (Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) in their workflow

✔ Is highly organized and able to manage many platforms at once

✔ Is a self-starter who takes initiative

✔ Has a portfolio or social media examples to share Experience in furniture, home goods, or retail is a strong bonus.
