We’re a growing residential painting company in Kelowna, and we’re looking for experienced painters who are ready to step into a leadership role.

This is an opportunity to run your own jobs, lead a small crew, and take real ownership of results — not just show up and paint.

What You’ll Do

Lead residential interior and exterior painting projects from start to finish
Manage 1–2 helpers and ensure work is completed to company standards
Prepare surfaces properly (sanding, patching, caulking, masking)
Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
Keep job sites clean, organized, and respectful of client homes
Stay on schedule without cutting corners on quality

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of painting or relevant construction experience
Someone who takes pride in clean, high-quality work
Natural leadership ability (or strong desire to step into it)
Organized, reliable, and able to problem-solve on-site
Physically capable and comfortable working outdoors
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and a professional attitude

Compensation & Details

Full-time, seasonal (with strong potential for ongoing work)
