Job Overview

Westrich Pacific Corp is a Canadian real estate developer specializing in residential rentals, concrete condominiums, and mixed-use developments. With our growing Kelowna-area portfolio, we are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Pool Service & Maintenance Worker to oversee the daily maintenance and operation of a residential pool facility in Kelowna. This role is ideal for someone looking for part-time work who enjoys working independently, maintaining safe and clean recreational facilities, and taking pride in a job well done.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine pool inspections and maintenance
Test and balance pool water chemistry
Add and monitor pool chemicals as required
Remove debris and maintain pool cleanliness
Monitor pool equipment and report any issues
Ensure the pool area remains clean, safe, and presentable
Complete basic maintenance records and inspections
Follow all applicable health and safety procedures

Qualifications

Previous pool maintenance or facility maintenance experience is an asset but not required
Ability to work independently and manage scheduled tasks
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to perform light physical work and lift maintenance supplies as needed
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
