Salesforce Administrator/Consultant:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Salesforce Administrator/Consultant for a 6 month contract. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary or Edmonton office.

Salesforce Administrator/Consultant - Job Description:
The Salesforce Administrator/Consultant will work on the 2026 Salesforce Lifecycle project, which involves migrating legacy functions to new released functionality/versions to reduce technical debt. The role is dedicated to maximizing efficiency and utilizing the full features of the Salesforce platform based on user needs.

Salesforce Administrator/Consultant - Responsibilities:

Enhance and configure Salesforce applications to extend CRM functionality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather CRM requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Develop unit and QA tests and participate in peer code reviews.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues reported by users.
Manage user roles, permissions, and data access settings.
Create technical documentation for configuration and settings.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.

Salesforce Administrator/Consultant - Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience (5-8+ years) as a Salesforce Administrator.
Strong programming skills in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
Proficient in SOQL/SOSL queries and experience with web technologies.
Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrating with external services.
Experience with Salesforce data management and manipulation tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Salesforce Certified Administrator

Salesforce Certified Administrator Advanced

Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

Salesforce Certified Business Analyst

Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud Consultant

Salesforce Administrator/Consultant – Nice-to-Have Skills:

Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
Experience with advanced Salesforce products like Experience Cloud.
Experience with CPQ or Marketing Cloud.
Experience with JIRA and project delivery methodologies.
Familiarity with lines of business and Salesforce implementation.

Salesforce Administrator/Consultant – Assignment Length:
This is a 6 month contract.

Salesforce Administrator/Consultant - Assignment Location:
Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in office.
