$32.84 – $41.35/hour | Full-Time, Part-Time & Casual | Day, Evening & Night Shifts

The Opportunity

Mission Creek Landing is one of Kelowna's most established long-term care communities, nestled in a park-like setting beside Mission Creek Regional Park. For over 45 years, we've provided a safe, dignified home for seniors who can no longer live independently.

Now, we're entering our biggest chapter yet. We're expanding from 132 to 242 beds in Summer 2026 with new state-of-the-art equipment, and we're looking for Licensed Practical Nurses who want to grow with us.

This is more than a staffing call. It's a chance to help shape the culture, the care standards, and the team of a brand-new wing within a trusted community.

What Your Days Will Look Like

Providing hands-on nursing care aligned with BCCNM Standards of Practice
Performing resident assessments, administering medications, and delivering treatments
Managing complex care needs including wound care, health management, and fall prevention
Collaborating with residents, families, RNs, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans
Consulting with the RN, DOC, or Clinical Educator on clinical interventions
Mentoring and delegating tasks to care team members
Upholding resident rights, dignity, confidentiality, and independence every single shift
Ensuring safe medication practices and accurate documentation

What You Bring

Current LPN registration with BCCNM (graduate of a recognized Nursing Program)
Valid First Aid Certification
Experience in Long Term Care Environments
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work independently, take direction, and adapt with flexibility
Physical ability to meet the demands of the role
Successful Criminal Record Check (vulnerable sector)
A genuine passion for seniors and long-term care nursing
