ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring Part-Time Leasing Office Support staff for a new rental lease-up at 395 Park Road. This is an on-site support role for someone who is friendly, reliable, organized, and comfortable helping prospects in a professional leasing office environment.
This is a customer service and administrative support role, not a licensed sales position. The leasing office support team will help with walk-ins, appointment flow, CRM updates, tenant information profiles, application/package organization, and follow-up support. Actual lease agreements will be prepared by property management.
This role is a good fit for someone with experience in customer service, reception, administration, hospitality, property management, or a real estate office environment. A real estate license is not required for this support role, but the person must understand that licensed sales/leasing activity will be handled by the licensed leasing representative.
COMPENSATION AND INCENTIVE SUMMARY
The part-time role is expected to pay $22–$23 per hour, depending on experience and availability. This role should be viewed primarily as an hourly support position with consistent part-time hours during the lease-up period.
A small performance or team milestone incentive may be considered depending on final company approval and project performance. If offered, any bonus or incentive would be discretionary or milestone-based, would not be guaranteed compensation, and would only be payable if the company’s conditions are met. These conditions may include the project reaching a defined lease-up target, the employee remaining actively employed and in good standing, and the company receiving its applicable commission or payment.
The purpose of any potential incentive would be to recognize the support team’s contribution to the lease-up, including CRM accuracy, follow-up support, tenant information profile preparation, appointment coordination, and helping maintain a strong prospect experience.
ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE
We are hiring for part-time leasing office support coverage. There may be one or two part-time schedules available depending on candidate availability.
One anticipated schedule is approximately 17.5 hours per week. This may include Wednesday from approximately 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday from approximately 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Friday from approximately 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Sunday from approximately 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
A second anticipated schedule is approximately 9 hours per week. This may include Wednesday from approximately 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday from approximately 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and Sunday from approximately 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Candidates may apply for either schedule, and additional hours may be available depending on leasing office traffic, appointments, and operational needs. Weekend availability is an asset and may be required depending on the schedule selected.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Part-Time Leasing Office Support role helps keep the leasing office organized, responsive, and professional. The person in this role will greet visitors, help manage inquiries, support appointment flow, update CRM information, organize tenant information profiles, and assist the licensed leasing representative with daily follow-up and coordination.
The role may include greeting walk-ins, answering basic questions, directing prospects to the appropriate team member, booking or confirming appointments, entering CRM notes, updating prospect details, tracking follow-up dates, preparing tenant information profiles, organizing application-related information, and helping ensure that files are ready for review or submission.
This person will also help maintain a professional office environment and support the team during busier walk-in periods, particularly on weekends or during scheduled appointment blocks.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate is dependable, approachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with people. Customer service experience is required, and experience in leasing, property management, reception, hospitality, administration, or a real estate office environment is an asset.
The successful candidate should be comfortable using basic office systems, entering notes accurately, managing details, and communicating professionally with prospects and team members. Strong organization and attention to detail are important because this role involves CRM updates, tenant information profiles, application coordination, and follow-up notes.
A real estate licence is not required for this support role. Candidates must be available for one of the listed part-time schedules, including weekend and/or evening hours where applicable.
