Location: Pickering, ON (Monday–Friday, In Office)

Schedule: Core business hours with occasional evenings and weekends required for events, launches, content production, and time-sensitive business initiatives

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Compensation: $70,000 + bonus based on KPIs and team sales milestones

We are a luxury real estate team serving Greater Toronto Area. Our business is built on exceptional client service, strategic marketing, and a commitment to excellence.

We are seeking a Creative Services Manager to own and elevate our brand across digital, print, social media, events, and lead generation initiatives. This is a leadership role for someone who combines strong creative instincts with operational discipline and understands how marketing contributes directly to business growth.

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT

You will work directly with leadership and play a key role in shaping the future of a premium real estate brand. This role offers meaningful ownership, exposure to strategic decision making, professional development opportunities, and the ability to create measurable business impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead brand consistency across all marketing channels
Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
Oversee content strategy across social media and digital platforms
Manage website, email marketing, and lead generation initiatives
Work alongside a dedicated graphic designer and videographer/photographer, coordinating projects, timelines, and creative direction
Produce hands-on design work when needed across digital and print
Manage external vendors and creative partners
Track performance metrics and marketing ROI
Support recruiting and brand growth initiatives
Manage marketing budgets and project timelines

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Experience

Minimum 5 years of marketing, brand management, or creative leadership experience
Proven success executing marketing campaigns and initiatives
Experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, luxury retail, design, fashion, or premium brands preferred

Technology & Marketing Tools

Canva
Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
CapCut or video editing platforms
CRM and email marketing platforms
Analytics and reporting tools
Social media management platforms

AI & Productivity

Comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools
Ability to leverage AI for content creation, research, workflow optimization, and productivity

Professional Skills

Strong written communication and copywriting skills
Excellent project management and organization
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

CONSIDERED AN ASSET

Real estate marketing experience
Luxury Presence website experience
SEO and digital advertising knowledge
Event marketing and sponsorship experience
Experience working within EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
Hands-on design ability in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Experience managing creative vendors or teams
