Full job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packers to join our manufacturing and warehouse team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing products for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in packaging, assembly, and warehouse operations within a dynamic production setting. Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay Rate: $18/hour - $19/hour

Rotational Shifts: Days 7am - 3pm , Afternoon 3pm - 11pm, Nights 11pm - 7am.( must be flexible to work all shifts)

Duties

Pack finished products efficiently and accurately according to specifications and quality standards
Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment to assist with packaging and assembly tasks
Inspect products for defects or damages before packing
Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping or storage
Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing stations and storage areas
Assist with inventory counts and documentation as needed
Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Experience

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments is advantageous
Mechanical knowledge and experience using hand tools are beneficial
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Prior experience with packaging processes or assembly lines is desirable
Excellent attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
A valid driver’s license is a plus, but not mandatory.
Lifting up to 30lbs-50lbs

This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics to gain hands-on experience while contributing to a productive team.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
