Job Description

Under the direction of the General Manager, we are looking for a Bartender who will be accountable for creating memorable guests experiences, bringing energy and personality to every interaction, and crafting delicious classic and signature drinks.

What you will be doing:

creating a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service;
providing guest with food & beverage suggestions, while taking in consideration preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions;
promptly receive drink order chits and prepare beverages;
communicating beverage descriptions, special and information to guests and team members;
stocking and maintaining all bar products including mise en place;
checking and maintaining beer keg and liquor levels;
counting and taking inventory of all beverages and supplies and assist manager with inventory ordering;
other assigned duties

The person we are looking for has:

a valid Smart Serve Certification
Sake & Japanese whiskey knowledge is a strong asset
strong classic cocktail knowledge
the ability to work effectively alone
passion for food, beverage and providing excellent customer service
strong communication skills
the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
