Job Title: CNC Machine Operator – Wood
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Morning

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and motivated CNC Machine Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality wood components while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC routers and woodworking machinery.
Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
Load materials and ensure proper machine calibration before production runs.
Perform quality checks to verify dimensions, finishes, and specifications.
Make minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot basic operational issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Conduct routine machine maintenance and report repair needs.
Collaborate with production and finishing teams to meet deadlines.
Accurately record production data and completed work orders.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience operating CNC woodworking equipment preferred.
Ability to read measuring tools and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CNC software is an asset.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

2-3 Years of CNC machining or manufacturing experience.
Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance knowledge.
