Concorde Properties, a division of Concorde Group Corp, is a local real estate development and leasing company with a diversified portfolio of industrial, retail, and commercial properties. We are seeking a candidate to join our team as:

Assistant Manager – Commercial Property & Projects

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Commercial Property & Projects, the successful candidate will be highly motivated, enjoys working in a team environment, and has experience in property or facilities management.

In this role you will:

Property & Maintenance Support

· Support the Senior Manager in the day-to-day management of properties.

· Coordinate and assist with maintenance projects, as directed by the Senior Manager.

· Respond to tenant service requests to ensure timely resolutions.

· Assist with property inspections and preventative maintenance programs.

· Support budget tracking and basic reporting related to property operations.

Projects & Development Support

· Support the Senior Manager in coordinating contractors and consultants.

· Assist with tenant improvements, capital projects, and property upgrades.

· Support projects from planning through completion.

· Regularly report to the Senior Manager on the status of projects.

Tenant Relations & Leasing Support

Occasionally provide leasing support by:
conducting property tours and showings.
assisting with lease administration and renewals.
facilitating tenant onboarding and move-outs.

The ideal candidate will:

· have experience in property/facilities management, maintenance, or construction.

· have previous experience and familiarity with commercial real estate.

· be comfortable working both in office and on project sites.

· bring a creative and resourceful attitude.

· enjoy working with others.

· enjoying finding solutions to unique challenges.

· be able to address tenant concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

** Valid Class 5 (Regular) Driver’s License is Required.
