Full job description

No. 1 Collision Group is excited to announce that we are currently accepting applications for the Autobody Paint Prepper position.

These are the people we are looking to hire as a part of our team here at No. 1 Collision.

With that being said, please find a list below of some of the roles and responsibilities expected from someone in this position:

Able to sand primer or sand and prime vehicles
Ability to work under high pressure
Ability to confirm if bodywork is acceptable
Assist/prepare technicians jobs for paint
Competent in best practices of refinish preparation
In many cases prepper is Apprentice Painter
High drive and urgency
Other duties as assigned

A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Working knowledge of computers
