Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to loss prevention, surveillance, and overall safety management. If you have experience in law enforcement or security operations, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to identify potential security threats.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action as necessary.
Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious activities and reporting them accordingly.
Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns.

Requirements

Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields is preferred.
Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and surveillance systems, including CCTV.
Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Must be physically fit to perform patrol duties and respond quickly in emergencies.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security or law enforcement are a plus.
