Full job description

bout the Role

We are seeking a Manager, SAP FICO / Record to Report (RTR) to join a fast-paced Technology Consulting team within Enterprise Applications. This role offers a strong mix of delivery leadership, SAP Finance expertise, and client-facing responsibility across large-scale transformation programs.

The role requires deep SAP Finance knowledge along with experience leading teams, driving solution design, and supporting complex SAP implementation programs, with frequent travel to client site.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP Finance (FICO/RTR) workstreams across full lifecycle implementations
Drive business blueprinting, requirements gathering, and solution design
Oversee configuration and delivery across SAP Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, AA, CO)
Manage cross-functional teams, project plans, governance, and reporting
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
Develop project documentation including process flows, test scripts, and training materials
Support integrations across SAP modules (SD, MM, PM, HR / SuccessFactors)
Contribute to client discussions and support pursuit/sales activities where required
Support financial reporting, controlling processes, and (where applicable) Group Reporting

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
7–10+ years of professional experience
5–7+ years of hands-on SAP Finance (FICO/RTR) experience
Experience delivering multiple full-cycle SAP implementations
Strong knowledge of:
General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CO)
Experience with SAP Finance integrations (SD, MM, PM, HR/SuccessFactors)
Strong experience in requirements gathering and solution design
Experience leading teams, project governance, and delivery management
Strong documentation skills (process flows, test cases, training materials)
Willingness to travel 3–5 days per week to client site

Nice to Have

SAP Finance certification
Experience with SAP Group Reporting and/or SAP TRM
Industry experience in Power & Utilities and/or Mining
MBA or business-related qualification

Additional Details

Role Level: Manager
Work Model: Hybrid (Toronto-based, 1–3 days onsite)
Travel: 3–5 days per week to client site (outside Toronto)
Contract: June – December 2026
Function: Enterprise Applications / SAP Consulting

Pay: $75.00-$90.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
