Full job description

Treesa Builders is seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our human resources team in Vancouver. This role is ideal for a professional who can manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations while supporting a positive and productive workplace within a growing construction company.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
Support attendance management, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR programs.
Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data.
Coordinate with management regarding staffing and workforce planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
