Our mobile delivery team builds and evolves the digital experiences that connect clinicians, administrators, and patients to what matters most in their daily work. As a Senior Mobile Developer, you'll own the delivery of complex mobile features end to end, working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers across the organization.
You'll contribute to technical design and architectural decisions, lead code reviews, and help your teammates grow. This isn't a role where you execute from a spec in isolation. You'll bring your perspective to how we build, not just what we build. The "AI Enabled" framing is intentional: you'll integrate modern AI tools into your day-to-day workflow and help establish team practices around using them well.
In your day to day, you will:
-
Build and ship React Native features for iOS and Android, taking full ownership from technical design through production.
-
Contribute to complex mobile applications, including integration points, scalability concerns, and structural improvements.
-
Work on code reviews and actively raise the quality bar across the team, including testing coverage and security practices.
-
Integrate AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) into your engineering workflow to accelerate delivery, debug faster, and explore solutions, always validating and owning what ships.
-
Help establish team practices around responsible AI use: validation, reproducibility, and knowing when not to rely on it.
-
Work across the stack when needed, contributing to Angular front-ends or Node.js/NestJS/Next.js back-ends alongside your mobile work.
-
Design and build APIs with a solid grasp of REST conventions, service boundaries, and how mobile clients and backends interact.
-
Break down complex technical problems, assess trade-offs across technical, business, and resource dimensions, and make clear recommendations.
-
Surface blockers, delays, and scope risks early, and help unblock others when you see the opportunity.
-
Align your technical work with product goals and customer outcomes, collaborating cross-functionally to ship things that matter.
-
Mentor other developers and contribute to a team culture where quality, ownership, and continuous improvement are the default.
Your profile
The strongest fit here is a T-shaped engineer comfortable flexing across mobile, web, and backend. React Native is your home base, but you also bring real experience in Angular or one of our Node.js backend frameworks, and you're willing to go where the work needs you.
-
Typically 5-8 years of software development experience, with meaningful time spent building and shipping React Native applications for both iOS and Android.
-
Strong TypeScript skills and a track record of writing clean, maintainable code that holds up in review.
-
Meaningful experience in at least one of Angular (frontend) or Node.js/NestJS/Next.js (backend).
-
Good understanding of REST APIs, system design principles, and how mobile clients interact with backend services.
-
Able to contribute to take ownership of complex features from design to delivery.
-
A disciplined approach to AI tools in your workflow: you know how to validate output, avoid drift, and maintain quality and security standards.
-
Clear communicator, comfortable working across disciplines in a squad model with product, design, and engineering stakeholders.
Nice-to-have:
-
Experience across mobile, web, and backend (true fullstack coverage across all three layers)
-
Familiarity with monorepo tooling such as Nx or Turborepo
-
CI/CD pipeline experience for mobile applications
We recognize that experience comes in many forms. If you're excited about this opportunity but don't meet every qualification listed, we encourage you to apply.
Why joining us

You'll have a meaningful role in shaping how AI-enabled development practices spread across the engineering org, not just your own squad.
-
There's room to grow into technical leadership here, with mentorship opportunities and cross-functional exposure built into the role.
