Are you into marketing, paid ads, and health and wellness? Vital Cryotherapy is hiring.

Vital Cryotherapy is a health and wellness business in Yaletown, Vancouver. We help people with recovery, inflammation, energy, mood, pain, and overall wellness through cryotherapy and red light therapy. We're a small, growing business, collaborative, autonomous, and relaxed but ambitious.

We're looking for someone to come in person a few hours a week to run our Meta (Instagram and Facebook) ads, teach our team how Meta Ads Manager works, and help us build a system we can keep improving over time.

You don't need to be a senior media buyer. We're open to newer marketers, students, and early-career folks, but you should have actually run Meta ads before and be competent, organized, and curious enough to take ownership.

What You'll Do:

Set up and manage our Meta ad campaigns
Test different creatives, offers, audiences, and messaging
Review performance and explain, in plain terms, what's working and what isn't
Help improve our landing pages, funnels, and follow-up based on what the ads tell us
Teach our team the basics of Meta Ads Manager
Share ideas on marketing, branding, content, and getting new customers

Who We're Looking For:

Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable in Meta Ads Manager, with real campaigns under your belt
Able to explain marketing ideas simply and practically
Organized and able to work independently
Able to come into Yaletown about 4 hours a week
Experience with sales, social media, content creation, or local business marketing is a bonus.

We're not looking for someone to just press buttons in Ads Manager. We want someone who wants to learn how businesses actually get built and grown.
