Chiropractic Office Assistant - Front Desk & Tech Assistant

Whole Body Health

Are you passionate about helping people, love staying organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Whole Body Health is looking for a positive, energetic, and dependable Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team.

This position combines front desk administration with patient care support, making it perfect for someone who enjoys both customer service and hands-on involvement in a healthcare setting.

Position Details

25–30 hours per week
Competitive compensation based on experience

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient communications
Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
Assist with patient flow and clinic operations
Assist with patient intake and testing
Keep office areas organized, clean, and prepared
Support chiropractors and other team members as needed
Contribute to creating an exceptional patient experience

What We're Looking For

Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent people skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
Comfortable learning new systems and procedures
Team player with a positive attitude
Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, reception, fitness, wellness, or administration is an asset but not required
