As an Expense Compliance Senior Analyst, you will serve as the primary French-language support channel for expense compliance work. Your specific responsibilities will include:
Identifying instances of non-compliance, spending patterns, unusual data trends, and potential fraud/abuse- Researching discrepancies identified during audit, determining an appropriate course of action for resolving issues based on results of the audit
- Managing and prioritizing workflow/task assignments
- Providing timely reporting of metrics to Management as required
- Communicating effectively with employees and PPMD’s
- Following-up on results of audits and analysis; developing draft reports and developing recommendations for improving policy and/or procedure
- Interacting with respective Team Leads and Managers to resolve issues of a highly confidential or sensitive nature
- Owning and delivering responsibilities with quality and within required timelines
- Timely response to customer queries related to expense compliance
- Managing Corporate card delinquency and cancelations

- Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in audit preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in French written and spoken (C1 level minimum)
- Strong decision making and analytical ability
- High level of integrity to work with sensitive and confidential data
- Experience in Concur, firm financial systems and intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Demonstrate flexibility in changing processes and procedures to meet team goals and responsibilities
The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
