Fix Auto in Salmon Arm is seeking a Junior Collision Estimator to join our amazing team! Working closely with experienced Customer Service Representatives and Estimators, you will receive hands-on experience and training by performing a wide array of duties in our collision center so you can learn the business and begin to develop and build your career as a Collision Estimator with us!

Job Duties:

Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through e-mail to provide information on the status of their vehicle repair and estimated completion date.
Schedule bookings for estimates and vehicle repairs.
Effectively support front office operations and various departments in the collision centre.
Assist estimators by taking pictures of damaged vehicles.
Work with the estimator to learn how to assess vehicle damage and write complete estimates.
Deliver repaired vehicles to customers.

Ideal Requirements:

Experience in private or public insurance or the collision industry is considered an asset.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to provide service that is fast, easy, caring, right and clear.
Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different personalities.
Resourceful and a fast learner.
A team player with a positive attitude who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
High School Diploma and a valid Driver’s License are required.
