This role ensures that business objectives align seamlessly with standard SAP capabilities.
Acting as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, you will ensure end-to-end PS processes are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and strictly aligned with Clean Core principles. Additionally, this role requires deep familiarity with key integrated project management platforms—specifically Primavera and Omega PIMS (Omega 365)—and a comprehensive understanding of how they interact with the S/4HANA Core.

-
Governance & Risk Mitigation: Significantly reduced delivery risk and scope uncertainty through rigorous functional governance and strict adherence to Clean Core roadmaps.
-
Operational Readiness: Seamless business adoption and "Day-One" operational stability through thorough testing, data validation, and change enablement.

-
Fit-to-Standard & Clean Core Execution
-
Facilitate and lead Fit-to-Standard workshops with business leads; confirm standard adoption and meticulously document justified deviations.
-
Evaluate functional gaps and recommend solutions (standard configuration or extensions over custom developments) to ensure designs remain upgrade-safe and scalable.
-
Maintain strict governance to protect the core SAP ecosystem from unnecessary customization.
-
Cross-Functional Integration & Collaboration
-
Validate and confirm complex integration requirements between SAP PS/EPPM and critical upstream/downstream systems, including Omega PIMS, Primavera, Hexagon, and Cleopatra.

Testing, Data & Deployment Readiness
-
Define, build, and support functional test scenarios covering real-world Project Systems operations across SAP PS, EPPM, and integrated platforms.
-
Validate Project Systems master and transactional data readiness, partnering with data owners to ensure data integrity, clean cutover execution, and complete test coverage.
-
Business Adoption & Sustainment
-
Support change management and training activities to ensure business units smoothly adopt new Project Systems tools and processes.
-
Act as a trusted advisor during the transition to operations, ensuring post-go-live stabilization and robust hypercare support.

Process Alignment: Decide which Project Systems processes strictly follow SAP S/4HANA standards and identify where deviations are explicitly justified by regulatory, risk, or strategic business needs.
-
Gap Resolution: Determine how functional gaps are addressed (standard extensions vs. custom code) in line with Clean Core governance.
-
Integration Optimization: Identify and execute harmonization possibilities across integrated project controls software.
-
