Le technicien de centre de données niveau 2 (L2) est un rôle pratique qui supporte le déploiement et les opérations d’un environnement de centre de données haute performance à grande échelle.
Ce poste donne une base solide en opérations de data center. Tu vas commencer par participer au déploiement et à la mise en place de l’infrastructure : installation d’équipements, câblage structuré, mise en marche des systèmes. Ensuite, quand l’environnement va être en mode stable, tu vas continuer à supporter les opérations quotidiennes pour assurer la fiabilité, la performance et la stabilité des opérations.
Tu vas travailler de près avec des techniciens plus expérimentés, des ingénieurs et l’équipe de gestion du site pour exécuter les tâches, répondre aux incidents et maintenir des standards élevés en qualité et en sécurité. Ce rôle est idéal pour quelqu’un qui veut développer ses compétences techniques dans un environnement rapide et critique.
Tu vas aussi collaborer avec plusieurs équipes, donc une bonne communication en anglais (écrite et parlée) est essentielle.

Responsabilités principales:
Supporter les activités de rack & stack, l’installation d’équipements et le câblage structuré pendant le déploiement
Aider à l’approvisionnement, à la configuration et à la validation des systèmes
Faire du troubleshooting niveau 1 (Layer 1) et donner un coup de main sur les diagnostics niveau 2/3 au besoin
Surveiller et régler les problèmes matériels et d’infrastructure via les systèmes de billets (tickets)
Tenir à jour l’inventaire et le suivi des équipements avec des outils ITSM/DCIM
Respecter les procédures (SOP), ainsi que les règles de sécurité et de sûreté
Participer à la gestion des changements (maintenance, mises en production, etc.)
Supporter la transition du déploiement vers les opérations régulières
Travailler en équipe pour livrer les tâches à temps et avec qualité
Participer à une rotation de garde (on-call) pour un environnement 24/7
Compétences requises:
Bonne communication en anglais (orale et écrite) pour travailler avec différentes équipes
Expérience pratique en installation d’équipements de centre de données et câblage structuré
Connaissances de base en réseautique (switchs, routeurs, câbles)

The Data Center Technician L2 is a hands-on role supporting the build-out and ongoing operation of a high-performance, enterprise-scale data center environment.
This position provides a strong foundation in data center operations, beginning with participation in the deployment and infrastructure build phase, where you will assist with hardware installation, structured cabling, and system bring-up. As the environment transitions into steady-state operations, you will continue to support day-to-day activities focused on maintaining reliability, performance, and operational consistency.
You will work closely with senior technicians, engineers, and site leadership to execute operational tasks, respond to incidents, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. This role is well-suited for technicians looking to expand their technical skillset and grow within a fast-paced, production-critical environment.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, making clear and professional communication in English (written and verbal) essential for success in this role.
This role offers continuity across both deployment and operational phases, providing valuable experience and a clear path for technical growth within a critical infrastructure program.
Key Responsibilities:

Support rack & stack, hardware installation, and structured cabling during deployment phase

Assist with system provisioning, configuration, and validation activities
