We are seeking an experienced Clinical Analyst – Pharmacy to support the design, standardization, implementation, and optimization of enterprise Clinical Information Systems (CIS) within acute care healthcare environments. This role will work closely with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, clinicians, subject matter experts, project teams, and operational stakeholders to develop clinical standards, analyze workflows, and support the successful implementation of digital healthcare solutions.
The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of pharmacy operations knowledge, clinical informatics expertise, business analysis skills, and experience supporting large-scale healthcare technology initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and document clinical, business, and system requirements related to pharmacy operations and workflows.

Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements sessions, and design meetings with clinical and operational teams.

Conduct current-state and future-state assessments, workflow analysis, and gap analyses.

Develop business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, use cases, user stories, and solution design documentation.

Collaborate with clinical subject matter experts to define and standardize pharmacy-related clinical practices and workflows.

Build, configure, validate, and test clinical content within Clinical Information Systems, including:
- Medication management workflows

Order sets

Clinical documentation
-
Pharmacy-related system content
- Support system implementation activities, including testing, training, deployment, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization.

Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, user guides, and operational procedures.

Participate in system integration, workflow validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance activities.

Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between operational requirements and technology solutions.

Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication activities throughout project lifecycles.

Provide recommendations for process improvements, workflow optimization, and clinical system enhancements.

Work across multiple project streams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- University degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pharmacy-related clinical background, such as:
- Pharmacist

Registered Pharmacy Technician

Clinical Pharmacy Specialist

Equivalent pharmacy domain experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst, Clinical Informatics Analyst, or similar role within healthcare environments.

Minimum 5 years of experience supporting pharmacy operations, medication management processes, or Health Information Systems in acute care settings.

Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Clinical Information System (CIS) or Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation projects.

Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, performing business process analysis, and producing detailed business analysis documentation.

Experience developing and validating clinical workflows and supporting healthcare technology implementations.
- Experience working with multiple healthcare organizations, health authorities, or hospital networks.

Experience supporting enterprise CIS, EHR, or digital health transformation initiatives.

Knowledge and experience with:
- Computerized Provider Order Entry (CPOE)
