Title : Assembler/ Assembleur

Duration: 3 month assignment with strong possibility of extension

Start : ASAP Start date

Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with possibility of scheduled overtime (not mandatory)

Fluent in French is mandatory — Asset: Bilingual (French/English)

Pay Rate : CAD $22.50/hr on T4

Assembler

As an Assembler, you contribute to the success of the organization by manually assembling our products (mechanical and electronic) at workstations in order to achieve production objectives.

Responsibilities:

Assemble cassettes and kiosks
Check production line inventory levels and notify responsible team members in case of anomalies
Visually inspect received parts for the assembly line to ensure compliance
Perform mechanical tests on new parts when required
Monitor inventory levels and tooling requirements

Experience and Qualifications:

Fluent in French is mandatory — Asset: Bilingual (French/English), with the ability to communicate effectively in English with English-speaking colleagues outside Quebec
Hold a High School Diploma
Have at least one (1) year of relevant experience or experience in a similar position
Good execution speed while maintaining accuracy and quality
Ability to read assembly drawings and simple instructions
Ability to use computer tools (Office Suite, ERP environment)
Schedule adherence is very important to you
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Constantly seeks to improve, develop skills, and share knowledge

Titre : Assembleur

En tant qu’assembleur, vous contribuez au succès de l’organisation en effectuant l’assemblage manuel de nos produits (mécaniques et électroniques) sur des postes de travail afin d’atteindre les objectifs de production.

Responsabilités :

● Assembler des cassettes et des kiosques
● Vérifier le niveau d’inventaire sur la ligne de production et aviser les membres responsables en cas d’anomalies
● Effectuer une inspection visuelle des pièces reçues pour la ligne d’assemblage afin d’assurer leur conformité
● Effectuer des tests mécaniques sur les nouvelles pièces, lorsque requis
● Surveiller les niveaux d’inventaire et les besoins en outillage

Expérience et qualifications :

● Maîtrise du français obligatoire — Atout : bilinguisme (français/anglais) avec la capacité de communiquer efficacement en anglais avec des collègues anglophones à l’extérieur du Québec
● Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires
● Posséder au moins un (1) an d’expérience pertinente ou dans un poste similaire
● Bonne rapidité d’exécution, tout en maintenant un travail sans erreur
● Capacité à lire des plans d’assemblage et des instructions simples
● Capacité à utiliser des outils informatiques (Suite Office, environnement ERP)
● L’assiduité et le respect des horaires sont très importants pour vous
● Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et habiletés en communication
● Désir constant de se dépasser, de se développer et de partager ses connaissances
