Job Title: Plumber – Multi-Family Construction
Job Description
This role focuses on a new multi‑family, five‑story apartment building. You will start with installing approximately 4,000 feet of underground piping and help build out the plumbing infrastructure for a 20‑suite residential project. The position centers on new construction underground work, with a transition to additional above‑ground scope
Responsibilities

Install underground piping for multi‑family residential buildings

Layout, install, and secure piping

Set sleeves, hangers, and underground fittings
-
Read and interpret construction drawings and plans
-
Conduct pressure testing and inspections
-
Work collaboratively with site supervisors, forepersons, and other trades

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
-
Follow all site‑specific safety procedures and company policies, including the use of required personal protective equipment.
Essential Skills
-
Journeyman Plumber certification or status as a 3rd or 4th year plumbing apprentice.

Residential plumbing experience; commercial construction experience may also be considered.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications accurately.

Valid driver’s license.

Current CSTS (Construction Safety Training System) certification.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Fall protection (Fall Pro) ticket.

AWP/EWP (aerial work platform/elevated work platform) ticket.

Experience on multi‑family, multi‑story residential projects.
