Full job description

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure-focused initiatives in Ontario. This role is suited to a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can guide multiple projects from planning through delivery while working with technical and business stakeholders. The successful candidate will help coordinate timelines, resources, and risks across cloud, networking, and virtualization environments, while contributing to practical project standards in a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead infrastructure and technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
Coordinate work across technical teams and business partners to keep project activities aligned and moving forward efficiently.
Develop project plans, schedules, status updates, and reporting materials that support informed decision-making and clear stakeholder communication.
Identify delivery risks, competing priorities, and operational issues early, then implement practical solutions to maintain project momentum.
Support initiatives involving cloud platforms, networking environments, server and network virtualization, and migration-related activities.
Track project finances, resource needs, and milestone progress to help maintain control over budgets and overall delivery performance.
Promote consistent project practices, documentation standards, and process improvements that strengthen execution within a growing team.
Use project and CRM tools such as Trello and HubSpot to manage workflows, updates, and stakeholder visibility throughout the project lifecycle.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience managing or coordinating projects in IT, cloud services, infrastructure, or a similar technology environment.
Strong ability to organize competing workstreams, communicate effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Demonstrated success delivering projects to completion while addressing issues proactively and balancing changing priorities.
Knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including networking, TCP/IP, cloud solutions, and virtualized environments.
Experience with planning, budgeting, quality oversight, and project execution within technical delivery settings.
Familiarity with tools used for project tracking and stakeholder coordination, including Trello and HubSpot.
Project management certification is considered an asset, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum credentials.
