Are you a skilled Structural Welder looking for a rewarding career with a growing company?

What You’ll Do:

As a Structural Welder, you'll play a crucial role in fabricating and assembling high-quality structural components. Your expertise will ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and precision. You'll be responsible for:

Accurately fabricating structural components, including crane structures, tanks, pipe supports, and air and exhaust systems, while ensuring that all welded structures meet or exceed industry quality standards
Effectively reading and interpreting welding drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills in welding techniques and industry best practices.
Adhering to all safety regulations and promoting a safe work environment.

What You Will Achieve:

Within 90 Days: You'll actively participate in projects and demonstrate proficiency in welding techniques. You will become acquainted with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, and become a valued member of the team.

What You Bring:

Valid Journeyman ticket and CWB certified
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role
Proven ability to read and interpret welding drawings
Strong technical skills in welding techniques (FCAW, SMAW, MCAW)
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
