New Graduate Program
A structured transition from student to confident clinician
Starting practice in community OT can feel like a big jump. We’ve built a program specifically to bridge that gap—focused on real support, not just good intentions.
What you can expect:
- 1-Month Orientation & Shadowing
Learn alongside experienced clinicians in real settings—assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and clinical decision-making.
- Gradual Caseload Build (First 6 Months)
Your caseload increases at a deliberate pace, allowing time to build confidence, clinical reasoning, and efficiency.
- Weekly 1:1 Mentorship (Paid & Protected Time)
Dedicated sessions with experienced OTs to review cases, build skills, and support your development.
- On-Demand Clinical Support
Immediate access to senior clinicians when questions come up—no waiting, no guessing.
Connect with other new and early-career OTs across CTC for shared learning and support.
Our track record:
We’ve successfully supported many new graduates in developing into confident, independent clinicians within their first year of practice.
