Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness, Yoga, and Pilates Instructor to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching fitness classes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate clients of all levels. This role offers an opportunity to inspire others to achieve their health and wellness goals in a supportive and engaging environment. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in English and French, are highly encouraged to apply.

Duties

Lead engaging and effective fitness, yoga, or Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels.
Develop customized workout plans and modify exercises as needed for individual clients.
Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure proper technique and safety.
Foster a welcoming environment that encourages client participation and motivation.
Monitor client progress and offer guidance to help them reach their fitness goals.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio or class area before and after sessions.
Promote class schedules, memberships, and wellness programs to clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to address questions, concerns, or special needs.
Manage time efficiently to ensure punctuality for all scheduled classes.

Qualifications

Proven experience teaching fitness classes, yoga, or Pilates preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in French is a plus.
Strong teaching ability with a focus on clear instruction and motivation.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Effective time management skills to handle multiple classes and client needs.
Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire confidence and foster a positive environment.
Ability to adapt exercises for different skill levels and physical abilities.
Certification in fitness instruction, yoga, or Pilates from a recognized organization is preferred but not mandatory. Join our team to help individuals improve their health while fostering a supportive community focused on wellness and personal growth!

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
