Ce que vous ferez :

Déployer, tester, mesurer et vérifier les algorithmes de contrôle IA pour les systèmes de contrôle des bâtiments existants.

Analyser et améliorer le système de contrôle des bâtiments pour optimiser la consommation d'énergie et le confort des zones.

Contribuer au développement des différents algorithmes HVAC.

Installation et mise en service des dispositifs de bord sur site.
-
Participer de manière transversale avec les équipes pour les déploiements de bâtiments et l'analyse des performances.

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les clients pour développer de nouvelles séquences de contrôle HVAC, conseiller sur les réparations des systèmes de contrôle.

Responsable du dépannage, des tests et de la mise en service des systèmes et dispositifs de contrôle BMS et HVAC.
-
Améliorer les outils, modèles et processus de l'entreprise liés à l'analyse de la consommation d'énergie et à l'analyse des performances des bâtiments.

Capable de comprendre les plans mécaniques HVAC et les schémas de câblage.
-
Fournir une formation et un suivi de formation sur les contrôles des systèmes HVAC aux clients.
-
Documenter les processus et procédures de travail.

Identifier, analyser et résoudre les problèmes en temps opportun.

Fournir, analyser et examiner les rapports de performance, conseiller sur les plans d'action correctifs et examiner les retours avec différents départements.

Ce que vous apporterez:

DEC ou diplôme de licence en génie mécanique, électrique ou domaine connexe.

Plus de 5 ans d'expérience avec l'automatisation des bâtiments et les systèmes de contrôle HVAC.

What you will do:

Deploy, test, measure & verify AI control algorithms for existing building control systems

Analyze and improve the building control system to optimize the energy consumption and the zoning comfort

Contribute to the development of the different HVAC algorithms

Onsite edge device installation and commissioning
-
Participate cross-functionally with teams for building deployments & performance analysis

Work closely with customers to develop new HVAC control sequence, advise on repairs control systems

Responsible for the troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning BMS & HVAC control systems and devices
-
Improve company tools, templates, and processes related to energy consumption analysis and building performance analysis
-
Able to understand HVAC mechanical plans and wiring diagrams
-
Provide training and follow-up training on HVAC system controls to customers

Document work processes and procedures
-
Identify, analyze and resolve issues in a timely manner

Provide, analyze and review performance reports & advise corrective action plans & review feedback with different departments.

What you will bring:
-
DEC or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or related field
-
5 plus years of experience with building automation and HVAC control system
-
Experience with DDC, PLC or similar programming in BAS and HVAC control
-
In-depth knowledge of building automation systems, HVAC, electrical and building operation
-
Experience with commissioning building HVAC automation controls and systems
-
Thorough understanding of building control theory and concept
-
Diverse experience in proprietary controls is a plus (JCI, Siemens, Honeywell, Alerton, Delta, Niagara, Schneider/TAC, etc.)
-
Experience with building management system protocols like, BACnet, Modbus, Lonworks
-
Strong organizational and communication skills

Strong reporting skills.

Strong interpersonal skills, charismatic and able to present easily.

Strong Energy Management and performance checking skills.

Strong Trend log reading, analysis, finding actionable insights & reporting skills .

Familiar with the programming language python
