Responsabilités clés :

Données et analyses

Manipuler, structurer et assurer la fiabilité des données de performance des fournisseurs et des achats
Créez des modèles de données Power BI robustes à l'aide de Power Query et de DAX.
Développer des reporting de bout en bout (Excel / Power Query / Power BI)
Définir les règles de standardisation des données, les contrôles qualité et les pratiques de gouvernance
Traduire des données complexes en informations prêtes à la décision pour les parties prenantes non techniques

Automatisation et IA

Contribuer à la conception et au développement d'un agent d'IA basé sur LLM soutenant les opérations d'approvisionnement (par exemple, analyse de documents, qualification des données, cas d'utilisation de productivité)
Préparer les bases de données pour permettre les futures capacités d'IA et d'analyse avancée.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les responsables des achats, les partenaires informatiques et de mise en œuvre, en mettant l'accent sur l'impact, l'autonomie et les résultats tangibles.

Notre candidat idéal a :

Expérience:

3 à 5 ans et plus en analyse de données, BI ou analyse opérationnelle dans un environnement axé sur le MRP
Bonne compréhension des données d'approvisionnement (nomenclatures, fournisseurs, délais de livraison, inventaire, contrats, dépenses, bons de commande, factures)

Éducation:

Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en :

o Analyse commerciale

o Science des données

o Informatique / Ingénierie

o Génie logiciel (ou équivalent)

Autre:

Bilingue (anglais et français)

Compétences indispensables :

Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et de Power BI (Power Query, DAX)
Expérience avec SQL; Python est un atout
Solides compétences en communication et capacité à expliquer les données à un public non technique
Un réel intérêt pour la gestion du changement, la conformité des produits et l'IA appliquée (automatisation et analyses avancées).
Expérience de travail dans des environnements de données mondiaux et multi-sources
La maîtrise d'Excel et de PowerPoint est essentielle.

Pay Rate: $76-79/hr
Contract Length: 6 Months with a possibility of extension

Responsibilities:

Data & Analytics

Manipulate, structure, and ensure reliability of supplier and procurement performance data
Build robust Power BI data models using Power Query and DAX
Develop end to end reporting (Excel / Power Query / Power BI)
Define data standardisation rules, quality controls, and governance practices
Translate complex data into decision ready insights for non technical stakeholders

Automation & AI

Contribute to the design and development of a LLM based AI agent supporting procurement operations (e.g. document analysis, data qualification, productivity use cases)
Prepare data foundations to enable future AI and advanced analytics capabilities

You will work closely with procurement leaders, IT, and implementation partners, with a strong focus on impact, autonomy, and tangible results.

Our ideal candidate has:

Experience:

3–5+ years in data analytics, BI, or operations analytics within an MRP driven environment
Strong understanding of procurement data (BOMs, suppliers, lead times, inventory, contracts, spend, POs, invoices)

Education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in:

o Business Analytics

o Data Science

o Computer Science / Engineering

o Software Engineering (or equivalent)

Other

Bilingual (English & French)

Must Have Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (Power Query, DAX)
Experience with SQL; Python is an asset
Strong communication skills and ability to explain data to non technical audiences
A genuine interest in change management, product compliance, and applied AI (automation and advanced analytics).
Experience working in global, multi source data environments
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

Nice to Have Skills:

Familiarity with LLM based tools is a strong asset
