JOB DESCRIPTION

The Customer Service Representative engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll:

18 years of age with a High School diploma/GED
1 year of customer service experience required and experience in contact center is a plus.

While the role is not technical support you will be expected to utilize multiple systems on a PC throughout your day to day
Able to speak, write and understand English which will be confirmed by an assessment
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
Eagerness to learn new technologies
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
Personal qualities/skills important to the role (tech, service, etc)

The base salary range for this position is $16.75/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
