Keldon Electric has served the Okanagan Valley for over 30 years and specialize in multi-residential, commercial, and industrial projects. At Keldon Electric, we enjoy having a family atmosphere for our workers, where everyone feels appreciated, respected, and included.

Keldon Electric is now looking for a Senior Project Managers and Estimators to join our team at our Penticton location. They will work alongside the owners and other project managers to estimate, organize, manage, and maintain project progress.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare detailed cost and budgetary estimates and risk analysis.

· Pricing and managing change orders throughout project durations

· Pricing and coordination of materials with distributers

· Planning, preparing, and monitoring construction schedules

· Design build coordination with owners and engineers

· Material procurement and detailed shop drawing review/analysis

· Prepare and submit monthly progress invoices

· Conducting Pre Job Hazard Assessments with project Foremen.

· Communicating on a regular basis with the project Foreman regarding materials required, delivery dates, manpower requests, schedule changes, etc.

· Coordinating and closing out RFI’s

· Communicating with clients, and ensuring and maintaining client satisfaction

· Promoting Keldon Electric’s safety culture and ensuring safety standards are maintained on jobsites

· Monitoring, reviewing, and providing feedback on the completion of site safety documentation

· Participating in jobsite progress meetings as required

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager and/or Estimator in the electrical industry

· Experience working with Trimble/Accubid Enterprise and/or Anywhere Estimating software.

· Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

· Strong knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code.

· Previous experience in a blend of commercial, residential, and industrial construction

· Technical Safety FSR A or B Certification is an asset.

· Ability to work on a team or independently, in a fast paced environment

Wage will be dependent on experience and is full time, permanent salaried position.
