Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing restaurant operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Ideal candidates will have a background in food service, hospitality, or restaurant management, with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences. Experience in supervising, food preparation, and team management is highly valued. The Front of House Staff will play a key role in maintaining high standards of food safety, service quality, and overall restaurant excellence.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation and quality
Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining excellent customer interactions
Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed
Supervise team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables and service stations
Uphold food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Manage reservations, waitlists, and customer inquiries effectively
Support restaurant management in daily operations and special events

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments
Supervising experience or team management skills
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with '<PERSON>' interaction focus
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
Experience in hospitality or restaurant management preferred
Skilled in serving guests with professionalism and courtesy
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
