At Quantcast, we don't just build advertising technology, we revolutionize how it works. Our AI-powered Demand Side Platform (DSP) connects the world's most ambitious marketers with their ideal audiences across the open internet, delivering results that actually move the needle. Since 2006, we've been the industry's trailblazer, launching the first AI-powered measurement platform for publishers and the first AI-driven DSP. Our AI doesn't just optimize—it delivers the measurable outcomes that matter most to our clients, giving them the competitive edge they need in a crowded marketplace. Ready to join the team that's defining the future of digital advertising?
As our Marketing Operations Specialist, you are a critical driver of our marketing infrastructure and execution engine.
You work semi-autonomously to manage complex lead flows, optimize database operations, and unlock team efficiencies through automated AI workflows. Beyond running day-to-day operations, you serve as a subject matter expert and consultative partner to Commercial and Sales leadership, proactively identifying operational friction and implementing scalable solutions that support our broader go-to-market objectives.
- Marketing Automation Ownership: Act as a system administrator and core owner within Marketo. Autonomously manage end-to-end email campaign operations, including emails, webinars, nurture flows, and event list uploads.
- Funnel Optimization & Handoff: Guard the lead funnel end-to-end. Establish and hold Sales and SDR teams accountable to strict speed-to-lead SLAs, proactively identifying and resolving drop-off points between marketing qualification (lead scoring) and sales opportunity stages.
- Advanced Routing & Data Governance: Take ownership of lead routing engines (e.g., LeanData rules and CRM sync logic) to eliminate gaps. Maintain exceptional database hygiene, advanced data normalization, and continuous compliance across strict global privacy standards (CASL/GDPR).
- Web Assets: Partner with core teams to build, optimize, and maintain responsive landing pages, forms, and strict UTM parameter tracking architecture.
- AI Workflow & Reporting Cadences: Assist with report building, list creation, and the implementation of internal AI workflows to streamline repetitive operations.
- Agile Project Management: Own and structure the marketing operations framework on Asana. Prioritize multi-stakeholder project tracks, manage timelines, and build structured, repeatable documentation to streamline global operations.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Enterprise MarTech Expertise: Deep, hands-on administrative experience running complex workflows, list segmentations, and operational tracks in Marketo (or equivalent enterprise platforms). Marketo certification is a plus.
- Strong CRM Proficiency: Confident navigating Salesforce to trace lead lifecycle data, manage data fields, audit sync logic, and build custom tracking dashboards.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Highly numbers-driven and comfortable utilizing Excel, Sigma, or data visualization tools to isolate metrics, calculate pipeline velocity, and analyze ROI.
- Process Excellence & Attention to Detail: Obsessed with organizational scalability. You have an acute eye for diagnosing a broken routing loop, an orphaned form, or data inaccuracies, and you possess the skill to re-engineer the process for long-term sustainability.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You are confident presenting complex data or operational frameworks to commercial leaders, managing pushback from stakeholders, and driving alignment across teams.
- Industry Experience: A solid baseline understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, programmatic media, or ad tech frameworks is highly preferred.
- A World-Class Tech Stack: Direct ownership and growth opportunities within a robust GTM architecture, including Marketo, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Sigma, G2, Outreach, and emerging AI tools.
- Leadership Track & Mentorship: Regular exposure to senior leadership (CMO/ELT) and a clear path toward strategic management competencies within a fast-moving, challenger environment.
- Flexible Hybrid Workspace: A vibrant, collaborative team setting at our Toronto headquarters balanced with weekly work-from-home flexibility.
- Innovation-First Culture: We actively invest in new tech and encourage rapid experimentation, giving you the autonomy to build, test, and deploy operational ideas that shape how we scale.
