The opportunity
EY Technology Consulting is a fast-moving and high-growth area within EY. We are currently looking for a Manager or a Senior Manager - SAP Plant Maintenance/EAM to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential. We are looking for an individual who combines experience leading SAP projects with an aptitude for driving sales pursuits and for helping grow our business.
Your key responsibilities
As a Manager or a Senior Manager - SAP EAM/ Plant Maintenance you will identify opportunities with both new and existing clients, where EY can bring value to bear through the adoption of these solutions. These are shared with all EY market facing organizations to provide consistency and common platforms with which to go to market. A willingness to travel to meet client needs is required.
Project Management: Participated in large scale SAP client engagements. Consistently deliver quality client services, driving high-quality work products within the expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. Should be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable interfacing with a client on a daily basis. This role requires daily interaction with the client at many levels.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Functional proficiency with at least 5+ full lifecycle SAP implementations and 8 to 12+years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large consulting firm, boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry.
- At least 8+ years of SAP experience implementing SAP EAM /Plant Maintenance (PM), understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.
- Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Optimization regarding SAP – EAM/Plant Maintenance and comfortable with leading functional teams within his/her area of expertise.
- Detailed knowledge of the SAP EAM/Plant maintenance master data, maintenance notifications, maintenance orders and preventive maintenance, maintenance scheduling, refurbishment process.
- Ability to configure SAP EAM/PM and deliver work products/packages conforming to the client's standards & requirements.
- Strong SAP EAM and PM knowledge and experience as well as integrations with other modules - Finance, Supply Chain.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Asset Management and SAP Intelligent Asset Management - SAP APM, SAP BNAC
- Knowledge of SAP Field Service Management functionality in S/4 HANA nice to have.
- Experienced in creating proposals and RFP responses for clients.

- Ability to lead a team of consulting and client professionals on multiple projects.
- Being a leader in our EY SAP practice mentoring our team members through career coaching
- A strong work ethics.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Prior consulting experience and a demonstrated history of driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level of Fortune 500 companies.

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
- Vancouver & Victoria : $130,000 to $165,000
- Toronto : $130,000 to $165,000
