Summary:
As a Mechatronics Engineer, you will be designing, plan, research, evaluate, and test electrical and electronic equipment and systems.
What You’ll Do:

Conduct research into the feasibility, design operation and performance research of electrical generation and components and electronic communications, instrumentations and control systems, equipment and components.

Prepare material cost and timing estimates, reports and design specifications.

Design electrical and electronic components, systems and equipment.
-
Conduct micro or nanodevices simulations, characterization, process modeling and integration in the development of new electronic devices and products.

Supervise and inspect the installation and operation of electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
-
Develop maintenance and operating standards for electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
-
Investigate electrical or electronic failures.
-
Prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders for construction or maintenance.
-
Supervise technicians, technologists, programmers, analyst and other engineers.
What You’ll Bring:
-
BSc in Electrical Engineering;
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in RF design;
-
Rich experience designing RF components, especially power amplifiers, synthesizers and related circuitry;
-
Good knowledge of EM theory;
-
Design Experience for RF circuits for frequencies above 10GHz.
-
Hands-on experience with schematic capture & PCB layout;
-
Hands-on experience building, integrating and troubleshooting circuits;
-
Hands-on experience testing RF circuits and components;
-
Experience designing waveguide components and analog and digital circuitry;
-
Experience designing for manufacturability;
-
Thorough understanding of RF assembly processes;
-
Experience with the following software: ADS, EMPro, HFSS, Altium, Waspnet;
