Full job description

We're expanding our painting crew and looking for hardworking and dedicated individuals. If you take pride in delivering excellent results and love transforming spaces, we want to hear from you.

You're a great fit for our team if:

✅ You're ready to work full-time, long hours (sometimes 10+ hours a day) & weekends

✅ You're looking for consistent, year-long work

✅ You have previous painting experience (ideally 3 years minimum)

✅ You're comfortable working at heights (we regularly work on ladders up to 40ft tall) - If you cannot reliably work on ladders 10 - 40 ft in height, do not apply to this job post, we will be asking about this in the interview, please do not waste our time.

✅You have both interior and exterior residential house painting experience

+✅ Bonus: You have a car (All opportunities for role promotion into crew lead/site manager+ positions require the individual to have a vehicle of their own that can be used for supplies and materials transportation)

+✅ Bonus: You have your Working At Heights certification

Compensation: We believe in fair compensation, offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $26 to $30 based on your experience and skills as well as bonuses.

Additionally, we provide opportunities for growth and advancement within our team into management roles.

Painter responsibilities:

Meticulously prepare surfaces, ensuring they are clean, sanded, and ready for painting
Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers with precision and care
Maintain care to attention and an eye on project budgets, working efficiently and at speed
Maintain a neat and organized work environment while adhering to safety guidelines
Willing to learn and work under our company systems and procedures

Location: The majority of our work takes place in the High Park / Bloor West area of Toronto. But we complete projects from Etobicoke to The Beaches regularly.

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
