THE TEAM

The mission of the Concierge Technology department is to design, build, deliver and operate robust, efficient, and scalable technology solutions that align with our strategic, business and technology goals.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Concierge Technology team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering everyday luxury experiences to Aritzia’s clients by leveraging technology to meet and exceed the vision and mission of the business. As a Senior Developer / Developer, Full-Stack, Concierge Technology, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Aritzia’s Concierge technology. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Digital Product Management, Digital Design, Concierge, Omni, Enterprise Technology, Data & Analytics, and Marketing. And, with the skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless – from a rewarding career in Concierge Technology to continued growth and development with Aritzia.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Developer / Developer, Full-Stack, Concierge Technology, you will:

Contribute to innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow
Help translate business requirements into scalable, user-centric technology designs for Aritzia
Contribute to the development, configuration, and integration of solutions to ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure
Implement structured testing that ensures functionality and identify and address deficiencies
Launch and proactively maintain technology solutions, collaborating with teammates to improve development processes

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Developer / Developer, Full-Stack, Concierge Technology has:

Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in building and scaling APIs, with solid understanding of API versioning, documentation, and design patterns
Experience with React frameworks such as Next.js, and with developing React components and design systems
Ability to collaborate with design, for effective implementation of Figma design specs into UI/UX components and experiences
A proven understanding of client-side and server-side rendering development patterns
Hands on experience with Google Cloud Platform, including Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, Firestore, Cloud Storage, and IAM, or capable of working with equivalent services in other cloud ecosystems
Experience implementing secure authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT), secrets management, and best practices aligned with PCI/PII security standards
Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues, analyze logs and traces, and drive high availability and reliability across services
Comfortability collaborating with clients, articulating technical recommendations, and balancing business goals
Skills in optimizing development workflows, improving efficiency, and mentoring team members
Curiosity to leverage AI to accelerate workflows and generate business solutions
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100,000–$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
