THE ROLE

We're looking for an Intermediate Marketing Project Manager to manage client projects, coordinate cross-functional project teams, and support the successful delivery of marketing, branding, digital, and content initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who has agency or marketing project management experience and is ready to take ownership of projects while continuing to grow their skills and responsibilities.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Success in this role requires strong organization, proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A critical responsibility of this role is serving as a final quality checkpoint before deliverables are sent to clients. Strong proofreading and quality assurance skills are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

Manage multiple projects simultaneously from kickoff through delivery
Develop project timelines, schedules, and task plans
Monitor project scope, budgets, deadlines, and deliverables
Track project progress and proactively address risks and roadblocks
Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates

Client Communication

Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients
Lead project meetings, status updates, and follow-up communications
Manage client expectations and ensure stakeholders remain informed
Build strong, professional client relationships

Team Coordination

Coordinate work across strategy, design, development, content, and digital teams
Ensure team members have the information and assets needed
Monitor task progress and follow up on outstanding deliverables
Help prioritize work and resolve workflow challenges

Quality Assurance & Proofreading

Review client-facing deliverables before submission
Verify that feedback and revisions have been accurately implemented
Proofread copy, presentations, websites, marketing materials, and project documentation
Identify errors, inconsistencies, omissions, and quality concerns
Ensure deliverables meet Pace Creative quality standards before client submission

Agency Support

Support agency standards and project management best practices
Collaborate with team members to improve project delivery and client experience

WHO YOU ARE

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of project management experience
Agency, marketing, communications, creative, or digital experience preferred
Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Experience working directly with clients and internal stakeholders
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field is an asset

Technical Experience

Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as:

ProWorkflow or similar platforms
Microsoft Office Suite
Google Workspace
