Job Overview
We are hiring a Client Success Manager / Client Liaison to manage relationships with assigned clients and help ensure they have a great experience with our company.
Your main responsibility will be to communicate with clients, review campaign performance, coordinate internal tasks, identify concerns early, and help clients understand the value of their marketing program.
This is not just a message-passing role. We need someone who can take ownership, lead conversations, follow through, and help keep clients confident, informed, and satisfied.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain assigned client accounts
- Communicate with clients regularly through phone, email, and video calls
- Review marketing campaigns and help identify opportunities for improvement
- Explain campaign performance, lead quality, ROI, and next steps in a clear and simple way
- Build strong relationships with excavation and septic business owners
- Handle client questions, concerns, and objections professionally
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure client work is completed accurately and on time
- Track tasks, updates, and client communication inside project management software
- Help improve client retention by delivering strong communication and consistent follow-up
- Monitor campaign performance across platforms such as Google, Facebook/Meta, Google Business Profile, and other digital channels
- Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in their marketing strategy
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, confident on the phone, and comfortable working with direct, no-fluff, contractor business owners. You should be able to manage multiple clients, communicate clearly, and stay calm under pressure.
You should also be someone who takes responsibility for outcomes instead of waiting to be told what to do.

Technical Skills
- Experience using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Business Profile, and other online advertising platforms
- Ability to review marketing data and identify trends
- Basic understanding of ROI and campaign performance metrics
- Experience with project management software (Clickup, Asana or Monday)
- Comfortable learning new software and digital tools
- Gohighlevel experience a plus
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, sales, customer service, account management, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Experience working in a marketing agency is a plus
- Experience working with contractors, home service businesses, or local service companies is a plus
