DCL fabrique et distribue une gamme complète et diversifiée d’additifs alimentaires non médicamenteux de haute qualité, tels que des enzymes, des probiotiques, des acidifiants et des additifs naturels à base d’huiles essentielles. Ces produits sont spécialement conçus pour une utilisation dans l’eau de boisson et les aliments destinés aux secteurs porcin, avicole, des ruminants et des veaux de lait.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne dynamique et motivée afin de combler un poste de représentant(e) technique pour l’Ouest du Canada.

Sous la supervision du vice‑président, la personne retenue sera responsable de la promotion des produits DCL auprès des meuneries et des spécialistes de l’Ouest canadien.

Responsabilités

Promouvoir les produits et services de DCL et proposer des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients
Répondre aux demandes des clients et assurer un soutien technique et commercial
Atteindre les objectifs de vente tout en respectant les budgets établis
Assurer un suivi rigoureux de la clientèle et participer au développement du territoire
Contribuer à la rédaction de documents techniques et à la gestion des bases de données d’informations techniques, en lien avec les activités de commercialisation quotidienne

Profil recherché

Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en sciences animales
Minimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience en santé animale ou dans le secteur agricole
Au moins deux (2) années d’expérience en vente ou en service à la clientèle
Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
Permis de conduire valide

Compétences et aptitudes

Excellentes habiletés relationnelles et de communication
Grande motivation et sens des responsabilités
Solides compétences en vente et en négociation
Excellentes capacités d’organisation et de gestion des priorités
Orientation client et axée sur les résultats

Technical Sales Representative – Animal Nutrition – Western Canada

Job Description

DCL manufactures and distributes a complete and diversified range of high‑quality non‑medicated feed additives, such as enzymes, probiotics, acidifiers and natural additives based on essential oils. These products are specifically designed for use in drinking water and feed for the swine, poultry, ruminant and veal calf industries.

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill a Technical Sales Representative position for Western Canada.

Under the supervision of the Vice President, the selected candidate will be responsible for promoting DCL products to feed mills and industry specialists throughout Western Canada.

Responsibilities

Promote DCL’s products and services and propose appropriate solutions based on customer needs
Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical and commercial support
Achieve sales objectives while remaining within established budgets
Maintain and develop customer relationships within the assigned territory
Participate in the preparation of technical documents and manage technical information databases in support of daily marketing activities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Science
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in animal health or the agricultural sector
At least two (2) years of experience in sales or customer service
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s licence

Knowledge and Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly motivated and goal‑oriented
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Excellent organizational and priority‑management skills
Customer‑focused and results‑driven
