About the Guest Service Manager Role:

Full-time, salaried, entry level hospitality management position
Responsible to oversee daily opening procedures ensuring each day is set for success
Operate lunch shifts with excellence, focusing on increasing in lunch sales week over week, year over year.
Overseeing Front of House team fulfilling steps of service and all side-work both before & after service.
Assisting Guests & handling any concerns during the shift with Hospitality from the Heart.
Hire, train, mentor and schedule (weekly) Host team
Monitor daily cleanliness of restaurant, attacking any cleaning & repair concerns with urgency
Manage reservation book including facilitating the planning & set up of large group events
Assist in managing costs related to service - Front of House Labour, Uniform Inventory, Paper Goods/Office Supplies (to name a few)

Guest Service Manager Earnings & Perks:

$55,000 annual salary
