Position Overview

We are looking for an outgoing, confident, and customer-focused individual who enjoys interacting with people, promoting services, and representing our brand both in person and on social media.

This role combines front-desk operations, client relations, sales, and marketing support. The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, enjoys creating engaging content, and is passionate about helping clients discover the benefits of our services.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement

Welcome clients and create a positive first impression of the clinic.
Educate clients about the clinic's services, treatment options, promotions, and wellness programs.
Promote additional services and assist clients in selecting treatments that best meet their needs.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients to encourage bookings and retention.
Help achieve clinic growth goals through effective client communication and relationship building.

Social Media & Brand Promotion

Participate in social media content creation, including videos, reels, photos, testimonials, and promotional campaigns.
Serve as a positive and professional representative of the clinic's brand.
Assist with marketing initiatives, community outreach, and promotional events.
Contribute ideas for social media engagement and content development.

Administrative & Front Desk Support

Schedule appointments and manage bookings.
Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
Perform reminder and follow-up communications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Support therapists and clinic operations as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, customer service, client relations, marketing, hospitality, or healthcare administration preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable appearing in social media videos and promotional content.
Confident, energetic, and professional personality.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends when required.
MOA (Medical Office Assistant) certification is an asset but not mandatory.
