TOSOT Supplies Inc. is a Heat Pump & Air Conditioner distributor in Canada. Our high-quality, energy-efficient heat pumps meet energy subsidy standards to reduce carbon emissions and improve quality of life.

Headquartered in Richmond, BC, we are supported by a strong local sales force and an experienced tech support team. Our product range covers mini-split systems (single-zone, multi-zone, light commercial), VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems, and PTACs. Our mission is to provide the greatest value through dependable equipment, sterling support, and honest pricing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead the BC + ON Inside Sales team & Sales Operations team

- Achieve quotation-turnaround, order-accuracy, and counter-customer service KPIs through recruitment, coaching, performance management, and standardized SOPs.

- Drive top-line revenue contribution from inside-sales channels, partnering with Outside Sales (Territory Managers / Business Development Managers) to convert quoted opportunities into closed orders.

- Run the operating cadence: weekly 1:1s, monthly performance reviews, quarterly business review with the Director of Operations and VP Sales.

- Partner with Marketing to convert inbound lead flow into quoted opportunities; close the loop on lead-quality with the Marketing Manager.

- Own customer / contractor escalation resolution alongside Tier-One Tech Support — be the single point of accountability for inside-sales service issues.

- Develop the team — coach Inside Sales Coordinators on consultative selling, account ownership, and clear handoffs to Outside Sales.

- Partner with the warehouse and logistics team on order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and cross-province coordination.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required:

- 2+ years progressive operations or sales-operations management experience, including 2+ years directly managing a team of 5 or more.

- Demonstrated success setting KPIs, running operating reviews, and coaching team members through performance issues.

- Hands-on experience with an ERP / inventory system (Spire, Odoo, QBO, Sage 300, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, M3, or comparable).

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

- Legally authorized to work in Canada (this role does not offer sponsorship).

- On-site in Richmond, BC (Mon–Fri).

- Strong work ethic, sound business judgment, and a high standard of integrity.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable owning outcomes, not just executing tasks.

Preferred:

- HVAC, building products, plumbing, electrical, or industrial-distribution industry background.

- Bilingual English + Mandarin or English + French.

- Prior experience integrating sales / order management with warehouse operations.

- People management across multiple locations (BC + ON, or comparable multi-site).

- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply-chain, or engineering — an asset, not a hard requirement if experience is strong.

- Base salary $7,000 – $8,500 CAD per month, commensurate with experience.
